Hi! I’m Mira, the heart, hands, and head behind Mirabella Cakes.
For many years, I’ve had the joy of turning flour, sugar, and a lot of passion into the centerpieces of Sydney’s most special celebrations. My journey took me from my own kitchen to the world-renowned halls of Le Cordon Bleu, where I mastered the classic French techniques that I now bring to every bespoke creation.
As a mum to 6-year-old Marie, I know firsthand how important those "cake moments" are. Whether it’s a toddler’s first messy taste of frosting or a grand milestone like a 70th birthday, I believe every cake should taste even better than it looks.
